ADMISSIONS CRITERIA

What You Need To Join Our Community of Learners

The student must be on the merit list of the admission process.
The student must be medically fit.
Students seeking admission in class IX should have passed the third language as per C.B.S.E norms.
Students seeking admissions in class X and XII must have studied in a C.B.S.E. Students outside Vadodara in class IX and XI, respectively.
Kindly check if the subjects you opted for in class IX and XI are the same as offered by NESSS for Std. X and XII.
The school reserves the right to grant admission.

Our Admission Procedure

What You Need To Join Our Community of Learners

1. Parents seeking admission for their ward must complete the prescribed application form for admission, which is available in the school office.
2. The completed application form for admission must be submitted to the with:
Student’s passport size photograph.
Photostat copy of the result of the last school examination appeared.
Documented evidence of the date of birth (for class 1)
Service certificate from Vadodara municipal corporation if the parent is an employee of the VMC.
    (Acceptance of the application form does not guarantee admission)
3. The name of the students who are shortlisted will be put up on the school notice board.
4. The subjects for the written test are given below:
    For classes I - V - Interaction with teachers.
     For classes VI-IX: English, Mathematics, and Science.
     Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
     For classes X and XII Science/ Commerce/ Arts: All subjects (Admission is given to students who have come from the CBSE board only)
      For Class XI :
            * XI Science : Physics,Chemistry,Biology,Math,English
            * XI Commerce : English,Math
            * XI Humanities : English
5. The duly stamped and filed acknowledgment slip must be brought at the time of interaction/ entrance test.
6. Students are granted admission as per norms, subject to vacancy.
7. Names of the students who have been granted admission will be placed on the school notice board on the specified date given in the date schedule.
8. In the event of incorrect information being submitted to the school, the admission can be revoked.
9. If a child has appeared in the first round of the admission test and has not got admission, he/she will not be eligible to appear for the second round/ third round of the admission test.



Submissions & Regulations

On the grant of admission to the school, the following formalities are to be completed:

Submission of:

Health Certificate
School leaving certificate (countersigned if the student is coming from other states) from the last school attended.
Certified copy for an annual progress report of the last school attended with subject codes for I and II language.
Clearance certificate for the third language (applicable for admission in class IX & X)
Admission fees and other fees as per the school fees.

Rules and Regulations:

    1. Fees will have to be paid as per the dates given in the fee receipt book given to all the parents at the time of admission.
    2. Fees, once paid, will not be refunded. If parents are transferred out of Vadodara, only the tuition & lunch fees will be refunded on pro rata basis.?
    3. The school reserves the right to revise all fees from time to time as per the CBSE by-laws.
    4. The school reserves the right to suspend, dismiss or terminate a student on any of the following grounds:
a. If a student indulges in any act of subordination, immoral behavior, contempt of authority, copying in any form of the school examinations.
b. If a student fails to pay the fees in the stipulated time as is mentioned in the school diary and on the fee receipt.
