NESMUN 6.0 Takes Flight at NESSS!
The spirit of diplomacy and global collaboration came alive at New Era Senior Secondary School (NESSS) as NESMUN 6.0 commenced its two-day journey based on the theme (Patriotism, Harmony & Leardership) and SDG 10 & 16 . Organized by the SS-3 Humanities students under the guidance of Ms. Chaitasi Chitslia, the conference brought together over 200 delegates from Grades 7 to 11, providing them with a platform to discuss global challenges, exchange ideas, and develop solutions through constructive debate.
The event began with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the light of knowledge and meaningful dialogue.
The Chief Guest, Ms. Varshaben Vyas, Chairman of the Standing Committee, Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC), encouraged students to become responsible leaders and emphasized the importance of using social media positively to create meaningful impact.
Principal Mrs. Leena Nair inspired the delegates to embrace opportunities like Model United Nations as platforms to strengthen leadership, confidence, critical thinking, and effective communication.
With committees now in session and discussions underway, NESMUN 6.0 promises two days of engaging debates, collaborative learning, and innovative ideas. The leaders of tomorrow are ready to make their voices heard and shape a better future.
