ASMITA Basketball League 2025–26 tipped off with energy and inspiration at NESSS!
NESSS, in collaboration with the Baroda District Basketball Association, proudly hosted the inauguration ceremony of the ASMITA Basketball League 2025–26 on 18th March 2025. Six dynamic school teams NESSS, Cygnus, Urmi, Gujarat Public School, Navrachana School Sama, and NISV participated in this exciting event.
The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, with Dr. Geetika Madan Patel as the Chief Guest, along with Mr. Nehal Ramani, Secretary of the Baroda District Basketball Association, and the Principal of NESSS, Mrs. Leena Nair.
Dr. Geetika inspired the girls with her motivating anecdotes, while Mr. Nehal encouraged students to maintain a balance between sports and academics. Following the inaugural ceremony, all dignitaries, players, and participants proceeded to the basketball court to commence the matches, marking an energetic start to the league.
