NESSS Takes on Enriching Educational Trip to Parul University 

Pupils of SS1 and SS4 (Commerce & Humanities) visited the Hotel Management, Catering Technology Department and Institute of Fine Art. The trip catered to encouraging and discovering new interests in the field of hotel management and fine arts.

Students got a whiff of the hospitality sector, its growth and interesting career opportunities in the industry. The face to face interactions with the expert trainers and student trainees sparked their interest in newer and lesser known aspects of the hospitality sector. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed and were in awe to take a walk through the mock setups of Hotel Management Institute. 

SS4 Biology Students took a tour to the departments like Anatomical & Histology Museum, Forensic Science Museum, Department of Pharmacy and Physiotherapy. Forensic Science Museum made them aware on some of the weapons, tools and poisons used in crime. The students witnessed the function of the Advanced Skill and Simulation Center for Critical Care – Pragya, that develops the skill in the medical students to deal with trauma cases.

The visit helped them to gain a lot of insights on the different facets of medical field and also the different career choices available for the future.
