Krishna Janmastami Celebrations Held @NESSS

‘It’s Govinda Ala Re…’

To enhance the significance of celebrating important days, a mini celebration was organized to mark the birthday of Lord Krishna i.e. Krishna Janamashtami on 6 September 2023 at NESSS. 

There was indeed a blend of enthusiasm, colour and gaiety when the Girls danced on to the rhythm of ‘Govinda Ala Re’ leading the event into its extreme festivity! On the other hand, buoyant boys formed teams and worked together to create human pyramids aiming to reach and break the dahi handi. 

The entire school celebrated the pious festival with all fervor and heightened spirits. The ground came to life with the cheering of ‘Nand ke anand bhaiyo, Jai Kanaihya La ki’.

The programme was witnessed by Principal, Mrs Leena Nair who joyously cheered the crowds.
