Admissions Criteria

What You Need To Join Our Community of Learners

The student must be on the merit list of the admission process.

The student must be medically fit.

Students seeking admission in class IX should have passed the third language as per C.B.S.E norms.

Students seeking admissions in class X and XII must have studied in a C.B.S.E. school (applicable for students outside Vadodara in class IX and XI, respectively).

Kindly check if the subjects you opted for in class IX and XI are the same as offered by NESSS for Std. X and XII.

Our Admission Procedure

What You Need To Join Our Community of Learners

Form Collection

Parents seeking admission for their ward must complete the prescribed application form for admission, which is available in the school office.

Form Submission & Enclosures

The completed application form for admission must be submitted to the school office accompanied by the following mandatory enclosures:

Student's passport size photograph.
Photostat copy of the report of the last school exam.
Documented evidence of date of birth (for Class I).
VMC service certificate if parent is an employee of VMC.
Acceptance of the application form does not guarantee admission.

Shortlist Announcements

The name of the students who are shortlisted will be put up on the school notice board.

Written Test & Evaluation Details

Shortlisted candidates are required to undergo a written evaluation and interaction based on grade level:

Classes I - V:
Personal interaction with teachers.
Classes VI - IX:
Written Test in: English, Mathematics, and Science.
Duration: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Classes X and XII (Science/Commerce/Arts):
Evaluation covers all subjects. Admission restricted to CBSE-board students only.
Class XI stream evaluations:
XI Science:Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math, English
XI Commerce:English, Mathematics
XI Humanities:English

Acknowledgment Slip

The duly stamped and filed acknowledgment slip must be brought at the time of the interaction/entrance test.

Norms and Seat Availability

Students are granted admission as per institutional norms, subject to vacancy and eligibility criteria.

Final Selected Lists

Names of the students who have been granted admission will be placed on the school notice board on the specified date given in the schedule.

Verification Integrity

In the event of incorrect information being submitted to the school, the admission can be immediately revoked.

No Re-attempt Eligibility

If a child has appeared in the first round of the admission test and has not got admission, he/she will not be eligible to appear for the second round or third round of the admission test.

Required Formalities

To be completed upon the grant of admission

Health Certificate.

School leaving certificate / Transfer certificate (countersigned if student is coming from other states) from the last school attended.

Certified copy of annual progress report of the last school attended showing CBSE subject codes for I and II language.

Clearance certificate for the third language (applicable for admission in Class IX & X).

Admission fees and other fees as per the school fee structures.

Rules & Regulations

Institutional parameters for students and parents
Fees must be paid as per the dates mentioned in the fee circular.
Fees, once paid, will not be refunded. (Exception: If parents are transferred out of Vadodara, only the tuition and lunch fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis).
The school reserves the right to revise all fees from time to time in accordance with the CBSE By-Laws.
The school reserves the right to suspend, dismiss, or terminate a student on grounds of insubordination, immoral behavior, contempt of authority, copying in exams, or non-payment of dues.
