New Era Orators Sweep Times Public Speaking Contest 2024! 

In a remarkable display of oratory excellence, New Era School made its presence felt at the prestigious Times Public Speaking Contest 2024 city rounds held at Navrachana University. An impressive contingent of 21 Eraites - 12 from junior category (VIII-X) and 9 from senior category (XI-XII) - showcased their speaking prowess among hundreds of participants.

The school's finest speakers emerged triumphant as three exceptional students secured their spots in the STATE ROUND to be held in Ahmedabad. The second gruelling city round saw the best of the speakers fight for their spot in the finals with their skills and talent.

The Three Titans of Oratory:

SENIOR CATEGORY CHAMPIONS: 

PARVA SHAH (SS4) bagged FIRST POSITION and received a cash prize of ₹20000/-, a certificate and glistening trophy.

DARSHI VAKHARIA (SS3) bagged THIRD POSITION and received a cash prize of ₹10000/-, a certificate and shiny trophy.

JUNIOR CATEGORY CHAMPION: 

HEER SHAH (SS1) bagged the FOURTH POSITION position along with a cash prize of ₹2500/-, certificate and coveted trophy.

These young champions transformed ordinary topics into extraordinary discussions through their innovative perspectives and commanding stage presence.

The talented trio impressed the judges with their razor-sharp critical thinking, exceptional research depth, and masterful audience engagement during their 3-minute presentations. Their success reflects New Era's commitment to nurturing young minds and Times NIE's vision of experimental learning. 

As these bright stars prepare for the State Round in Ahmedabad, they carry forward not just their dreams but the collective pride and guidance of their mentors - Mr Murali Mohan, Mrs Rashmi Patel and Mrs Priya Nayar. The Principal, Mrs. Leena Nair also gave her inputs and motivated the finalists before their second city round. This team effort led to their outstanding results.
