A Journey to Holistic Health  

New Era Senior Secondary School recently organized an expert talk on Ayurveda and its relevance in today's world. The session was taken by Dr. Bhushan Bhakkad 

MD Ayurveda, D.Y.A (Diploma in yoga and Ayurved) and designation. This proactive awareness initiative aimed to educate students from MS1, Health Care and Eco Club students of SS1 and SS2 about the importance of Ayurveda, an ancient medical system, in treating modern health issues and promoting a holistic lifestyle. The students also learned about the different branches of Ayurveda and the various career opportunities available in this field

New Eraites enthusiastically engaged with the guest speaker asking thought-provoking questions and eagerly seeking insights, demonstrating their keen interest in the topic.

The event was a resounding success, with its objectives achieved and participants leaving with valuable knowledge and inspiration.
