The Two Days Carnival to Explore – Ideate – Innovate

New Era Senior Secondary School and Anand Vidya Vihar in association with Parul Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Centre (PIERC) and SSIP (Students Startup and Innovation Policy) organised the Vadodara Kidovation Festival 2.0 on 25th and 26th August 2023. The carnival of innovation witnessed a whooping number of 350 participants from 13 plus schools proactively participating in four workshops and five competitions.  

Imagination became a reality in the Architecture workshop where students made a 3 D model of a house. The Scrapyard Scrappers saw students give a new life to scrap materials to build cars. The workshop Entrepreneurship Realm gave a boost to  innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership skills. The enthusiasts of Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality Realm were left in awe to seamlessly blend the real and digital reality. In E. STEAM challenge event students prepared models, under the theme of STEM, art, culture and environment.  The two days mega event engrossed the participants on themes like Social, Agriculture, Food Tech Industry, Renewable Energy, Events and Entertainment.

Eminent dignitaries, Mr. Jay Sudani, CEO, Parul Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Centre and Dr Harshal Shah, Director, Tinkering Hub, PU graced the day one sessions along with Mrs. Leena Nair, Principal NESSS and Mrs. Poornima Menon, Principal AVV.

The budding innovators had major takeaways in this jamboree of creativity and innovation.
