Republic Day -- a day of national rejoice was celebrated at New Era Preschool to instill the spirit of patriotism in the little minds.
Every child is an artist, keeping this in mind a drawing and colouring activity " Sit and draw for your country " was organized on the school ground. Later their artwork related to the republic day theme was showcased on the ground.
Children were also told about the importance of this day when our Constitution i.e. the rules of the country came into effect and India was declared a republic. The school premises reverberated with patriotic songs and poems...
Finally the children dispersed with the image of a fluttering Tri-color not only on their faces but also in their hearts and minds
